Hi, Austenesque friends. How are you doing? It has been nearly two months since we have a guest on My Love for Jane Austen . Fortunately Alice McVeigh has agreed to share her inspiration for writing her debut Austenesque novel titled Susan which was released last June. After devoting many years working on The Bennet Wardrobe series, Don Jacobson's imaginative and complex Pride and Prejudice time travelling tales has come to an end. From The Keeper: Mary Bennet's Extraordinary Journey to The Pilgrim: Lydia Bennet and a Soldier's Portion , the author has always taken the self-publishing route. Then Meryton Press came calling to purchase the publishing rights to his full-length novels. All seven books are re-edited and re-released once every month since last May under their banner but keeping the original beautiful covers. Although it is advantageous and lucrative to concentrate on writing stories based on Jane Austen's most popular masterpiece, some authors do dabble in her other five novels.
