Captive Hearts Giveaways for January-February 2022

There are hundreds if not thousands of published Austenesque literature that mainly focuses on Pride and Prejudice. Although it is advantageous and lucrative to concentrate on writing stories based on Jane Austen's most popular masterpiece, some authors do dabble in her other five novels. A good example is Kelly Miller (Death Takes a Holiday at Pemberley, Mr. Darcy's Perfect Match, Accusing Mr. Darcy and A Consuming Love) who officially launched her fifth book titled Captive Hearts with Meryton Press just last week.

In this Persuasion variation which is a rare gem in a sea of Pride and Prejudice what-if releases, Captain Frederick Wentworth returns to shore for a visit to his sister's new home, Kellynch Hall after serving his country. His encounters and friendship with Mr and Mrs Darcy has left him questioning his broken engagement eight years ago from the point of view of his former fiancée. After deciding to seize this second opportunity to win Anne Elliott's hand and heart again, an unexpected tragedy has befallen her. Is it all too late for them?
