Review Policy
I love reading Austen-themed novels be it historical fiction, contemporary fiction, young adult stories, chick-lit, biography fiction and any non-fiction/references which directly or indirectly involves Jane Austen or her characters. Occasionally, I do read a variety of books from other genre such as European history, war stories, biographies of important historical figure, Regency romance, Georgette Heyer novels, film and television guidebooks, classics, fairy tales, etc.
It would be my pleasure to read and review your book whether it is self-published, soon-to-be released or is already available in the market. However if your book is not my cup of tea, I will try my best to read and review it. DVDs and CDs on Jane Austen adaptations or other costume/period dramas are also accepted. You can be assured that I will mention the source materials that I receive in the review. If I do receive any advance review copies (ARC) from authors, publishers, publicists or suppliers, I will not attempt to sell it but will likely keep it or host giveaways on my blog.
Every book that I completed reading will be reviewed and posted on my blog and Amazon. I endeavour to write honest reviews that help readers to decide whether a book is worthwhile. If I like a book, I will sincerely rave and praise it. However for books that I do not enjoy reading, I will state my reasons and attempt to offer constructive criticisms. I will try my best to write reviews that are informative, objective and balanced.
