It was not too long ago that author Riana Everly paid her first visit to my blog to promote her debut Austenesque novel. This scene, which originally took place fairly early in the story, introduced one of my favourite characters, Jeremiah Sherrington. He doesn't play a large role in this vignette, but he does in the final version of the novel. British writer Mark Brownlow debuted his Pride and Prejudice variation in e-book format last October. Unlike other novels which focuses on the romance between Mr Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet, Mark chose Mr Bennet as his central character. It is called Cake & Courtship which is the first book in Mr Bennet's Memoirs . The paperback edition was recently published and thus a blog tour has been arranged to celebrate this launch.
