Downton Abbey is a UK television drama celebrating the lives of the Crawley family and their servants set about one hundred years ago. When I learn that there is a novel titled While We Were Watching Downton Abbey , I knew it will be my next read. Written in the style of The Jane Austen Book Club where the characters devote their time reading and dissecting each of Jane Austen's novels, this novel is dedicated to discussing the episodes of the series through the perspective of the four main players in the story.
