Elizabeth Adams's Giveaways for October-November 2017

Great news, readers! US based author Elizabeth Adams is celebrating the re-release of her only modern novel with a massive giveaway. In case you didn't know, the original edition of Green Card was inspired by her life story of marrying a foreigner in her own country. She has since revised the story and included new scenes, a brand new cover and a new chapter. It was published near the end of last which also happened to be her birthday. As she is a Ukrainian by marriage, they have a tradition for giving gifts out to celebrate the big day.

Thus she has generously sponsored the e-books of all her releases on a short blog tour around the Austen-themed blogosphere. That's right, the titles are The Houseguest, Unwilling, Meryton Vignettes, On Equal Ground and Green Card. Look out for reviews and excerpts of Green Card to see if it does piqued your interest.

Rating: ★★★★★/★★★★★ After enduring a not very likeable Austenesque fiction in Karen V. Wasylowski's Darcy and Fitzwilliam which was reviewed several months ago, I was a little wary of reading any Austen-themed novels which caught my fancy because of its beautifully designed covers. After my colleague recommend me to try Maria Hamilton's debut novel, I made up my mind to read it next. It proved to be a wise choice for I spend many hours perusing this delightful Pride and Prejudice what-if story.
