The Mysterious Death of Mr. Darcy Giveaways for March 2013

The Mysterious Death of Mr. Darcy penned by Regina Jeffers is her latest Pride and Prejudice mystery published by Ulysses Press this month. Her previous effort to continue the Darcys world include Darcy's Passion, Darcy's Temptation, Vampire Darcy's Desire, The Phantom of Pemberley, Christmas at Pemberley and last year's The Disappearance of Georgiana Darcy. This time the Darcys encounter strange events in Dorset where they travel to attend the funeral of his late father's cousin, Samuel Darcy.

Rating: ★★★★★/★★★★★ After enduring a not very likeable Austenesque fiction in Karen V. Wasylowski's Darcy and Fitzwilliam which was reviewed several months ago, I was a little wary of reading any Austen-themed novels which caught my fancy because of its beautifully designed covers. After my colleague recommend me to try Maria Hamilton's debut novel, I made up my mind to read it next. It proved to be a wise choice for I spend many hours perusing this delightful Pride and Prejudice what-if story.
